PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
the stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after 100% payment of the reservation value. Failure to pay within the set deadline means voluntary resignation from the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after this time, cancellation is treated as non-refundable. It is possible to use the paid amount in the form of a voucher for services at the facility within 3 months from the date of cancellation
due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number before the sales document is issued by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address and company name before making the payment. In the absence of such information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice at a later date will be impossible.
