Guided Tour of Zamość

Meeting with the guide at the Town Hall stairs, tour of the Old Town: including fortifications, Lublin Gate, bastions, historic Renaissance courtyards (e.g. Marka Grechuty), Town Hall, Centralka (story about Leśmian), Zamoyski Academy and Zamoyski Palace. Viewing the Renaissance synagogue and the Orthodox church as well as the cathedral. Walk around Water Market, Salt Market, Great Market surrounded by arcades. At the end, meeting with 16th-century reenactors, opportunity to try on period costumes, sabres and arrow firearms. Entry inside: New Lublin Gate, PRL Museum, basements of the former SS and NKWD prison and the Guardhouse.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay in accordance with the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the departure date
• the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the advance payment will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or the guest fails to arrive at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to provide credit card details or make an advance payment of 30% of the reservation value. The second payment, amounting to 100%, must be paid 14 days before the stay. Please adhere to the payment schedule when making payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation at least 2 days before the payment due date. Please ensure that payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of non-payment.
• due to changes in the regulations concerning the issuance of VAT invoices, it is mandatory to provide the VAT identification number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT identification number, full address and company name before making payment. If this information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice at a later date will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day begins at 15.00 and ends at 11.00 the following day
• the stay package begins with dinner or a New Year's Eve event and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee of 70 zł/day), pets are not accepted in Premium rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Smoking areas are located in designated places
• special events with live music may take place on the hotel premises

  Pursuant to the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and the protection of minors, commonly known as the "Lex Kamilek" Act, our property is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare the relevant documents (the child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult is entitled to care for the child). The procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the property's employees must comply with regulations concerning children's rights.
