Guided tour of Zamość

Meeting with the guide by the Town Hall stairs, tour of the Old Town: including fortifications, Lublin Gate, bastions, historic Renaissance courtyards (e.g. Marek Grechuta), Town Hall, Centralka (story about Leśmian), Zamoyski Academy and Zamoyski Palace. Viewing the Renaissance synagogue and the Orthodox church as well as the cathedral. Walk through the Water Market, Salt Market, Great Market surrounded by arcades. At the end, meeting with reenactors from the 16th century, possibility to try on period costumes, sabers and flintlock weapons. Entrance inside: New Lublin Gate, PRL Museum, Cellars of the former SS and NKVD jail and the Guardhouse.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed once a payment for the stay has been made, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of cancelling the reservation. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value. The second payment of 100% must be paid 14 days before the stay. Please adhere to the payment schedule when making payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address given in the reservation at least 2 days before the payment deadline. Make sure payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payments are not received.
• Due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before the sales document is issued by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and it will not be possible to obtain a VAT invoice later.

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse stay if a room other than ECONOMY is booked
• smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. Smoking areas are designated in specified locations

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare the appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children staying at the hotel and, in accordance with the law, the hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
