PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed once the payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay, has been made. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• a reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the advance payment will be refunded within 7 days of notification of cancellation. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee a reservation, credit card details must be provided or a 30% advance payment made
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, there is an obligation to provide the VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues a sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. Otherwise, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/night), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016 on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Offenses and Protection of Minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is required to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (the child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and in accordance with the law, the hotel staff must comply with the provisions regarding children's rights.
