PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• a reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required
• due to changes in regulations regarding VAT invoice issuance, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To get a VAT invoice issued to a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, complete address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/night), pets are not allowed in Premium rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is required to verify the child’s identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (the child's ID or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). The procedure is designed to ensure the safety of children staying at the hotel, and in compliance with the law, the hotel staff must adhere to child rights regulations.
