• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns run by the Hotel
• services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

• reservation confirmation is sent by email, containing details of the reservation and payment

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• a reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice. If the reservation is cancelled after this period or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a 30% prepayment of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number before the hotel issues a sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY type rooms
• smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our property is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). The procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and in accordance with the law, property staff must comply with children's rights regulations.
