PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
the stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after full payment of 100% of the reservation value. Lack of payment within the specified time means voluntary resignation from the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after this period cancellation is non-refundable. It is possible to use the paid amount in the form of a voucher to be used for services at the facility within 3 months from the cancellation date
due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number before the hotel issues a sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. If this information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.
