§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data processing and data flow and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data with the basis of:
    1. performance of a contract or actions at the request of the person whose data has been provided, prior to the contract execution (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. preparation of documentation and fulfillment of tax obligations by the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. origin and quality of services – inquiry about additional questions or providing answers to several questions concerning service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying on social networks based on source information (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
