• acceptance of the reservation is confirmed by email containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, providing credit card details or making a 30% prepayment is required
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues a sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, full address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible

• hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY type rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016, on combating threats related to sexual crimes and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obligated to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare the appropriate documents (a child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel, and according to the Act regulations, hotel staff must comply with child rights provisions.
