Restaurant opening hours:

· from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 22:30

· on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 to 20:00

Breakfast is served:

· from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 10:00

· on Sundays and holidays from 8:00 to 11:00

Dinner is served:

· from Monday to Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00

The form of serving breakfast and dinner depends on the hotel occupancy on a given day.

Dinner is served according to the Head Chef's menu - diet without exclusions. To report a special diet, please contact the Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the departure date
• the stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after paying 100% of the booking value. Lack of payment within the specified time means voluntary resignation from the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after this time, cancellation is treated as non-refundable. It is possible to use the paid amount in the form of a voucher to be used for services at the facility within 3 months from the cancellation date
• due to changes in regulations regarding VAT invoicing, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, exact address, and company name before making payment. In the absence of this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (extra charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual crimes and the protection of minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is intended to ensure the safety of children using the hotel, and in accordance with the law, hotel staff must comply with the provisions regarding children's rights.
