At Esencja Restaurant, we combine professional service with exquisite European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a quiet moment with coffee. During the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy your meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

Esencja Restaurant opening hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Sundays and holidays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Breakfast:

• Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (during summer holidays 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM)

• Sundays and holidays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Dinners (soup, main course, dessert, water):

• Daily: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Served according to the Chef's Menu, with a dietary version available to every Guest (no exclusions). For special diets, please contact the Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

• Dinner service style depends on the current hotel occupancy. Meals may be served plated or buffet style.

• services included in the package are an integral whole and cannot be individually priced

• reservation acceptance is confirmed by email, containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed at the moment of payment for the stay, according to the declared duration of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the date of departure
• a reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value
• due to changes in regulations concerning issuing VAT invoices, there is an obligation to provide the VAT number before the document is issued by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee of 70 PLN/day), pets are not allowed in PREMIUM rooms
• smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• events with live music may take place on the hotel premises
