PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. If cancelled after this deadline or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is required to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues the sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name prior to payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee of 70 PLN/day), pets are not allowed in Premium rooms

  In accordance with the Act of 13.05.2016 on preventing sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the child’s identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and in accordance with the law, the hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
