PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the paid prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation notice. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in regulations concerning VAT invoice issuance, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues a sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, full address and company name before making payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

• hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is required to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is aimed at ensuring the safety of children using the hotel, and in accordance with the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
