PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card data or make a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value
• due to changes in regulations concerning VAT invoices, it is mandatory to provide a TAX ID number before issuing a sales document by the hotel. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the TAX ID number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

USEFUL TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), we accommodate pets only in ECONOMY rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
