At Esencja Restaurant we combine professional service with excellent European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a peaceful moment with a coffee. In the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

BOOKING TERMS:

• offer only for individual Guests
• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns run by the Hotel
• services included in the package are an integral whole and cannot be individually priced

• reservation confirmation is sent by email, containing booking and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation request. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the booking value. To guarantee the reservation, providing credit card details or making a 30% prepayment is required
• due to changes in regulations regarding issuing VAT invoices, providing a VAT ID number (NIP) is mandatory before the sales document is issued by the hotel. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT ID number, exact address, and company name before making payment. Without this information, the hotel will only issue a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• special events with live music may take place on hotel premises

  Traveling with a child?

  In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual crimes and protecting minors, commonly known as "Lex Kamilek", our property is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (the child's identity document or other document proving that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is intended to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the act's provisions, hotel staff must comply with children's rights regulations.
