At Esencja Restaurant, we combine professional service with excellent European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, romantic dinner, or a peaceful moment with coffee. Guests who want to work or relax with a cup of aromatic coffee have access to wireless Internet.

In the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

Dinner:

• Daily: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Served according to the Chef's Menu, with a dietary version available to every Guest (without exclusions). For special dietary requirements, please contact Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

Absens Carens Club – fun and active relaxation

Welcome to the Absens Carens Club, a place created for Guests who want to combine relaxation with active fun. We offer:

• Pool – entertainment for everyone who enjoys competition in a friendly atmosphere,

• Table football – an extra dose of movement and joy, especially for younger Guests.

• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns run by the Hotel
• services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

• acceptance of the reservation is confirmed by email, containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared duration of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or prepay 30% of the reservation value
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, there is an obligation to provide the VAT number before the hotel issues the sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking areas are located in designated places
• event parties with live music may take place on hotel premises

  Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is intended to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and according to the law hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
