At Esencja Restaurant, we combine professional service with excellent European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a peaceful moment with coffee. In the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy your meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

• acceptance of the reservation is confirmed by an email containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a 30% prepayment of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in the regulations concerning VAT invoices issuance, it is mandatory to provide a VAT ID number before the hotel issues a sales document. For invoicing to a company, please contact us and provide the VAT ID number, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/night), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY type rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• occasional events with live music may take place on the hotel premises

  Traveling with a child?

  According to the law of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare the appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel, and in accordance with the law, facility staff must comply with child rights regulations.
