At Esencja Restaurant, we combine professional service with exquisite European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a peaceful moment with coffee. Welcome to the Absens Carens Club, a place created for Guests who want to combine relaxation with active fun. We offer:

• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional actions conducted by the Hotel
• services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be separately priced

• reservation confirmation is sent by email containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the departure date
• the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required
• due to changes in VAT invoicing regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT ID number before the hotel issues a sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT ID number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. If this information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/night), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• all rooms have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

  Travelling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our property is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is to ensure the safety of children using the hotel, and in accordance with the provisions of the Act, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
