• Sundays and holidays: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Breakfast:

• Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (during holidays 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM)

• Sundays and holidays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Dinners (soup, main course, dessert, water):

• Daily: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Served according to the Chef's Menu, with a dietary version available for every Guest (no exclusions). For special diets, please contact Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

• Dinner service form depends on current hotel occupancy. Meals may be served à la carte or buffet style.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, in accordance with the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the prepaid amount will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. In the event of cancellation after this period or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are not accepted in PREMIUM rooms
