The cardio zone and the free weight zone create ideal conditions for:

  • improve fitness
  • muscle strengthening
  • body shaping
  • getting rid of extra pounds.

Equipment

The equipment of our gym is adapted to exercisers of various levels.

We offer cardio training equipment, m.in. electric stairs, elliptical trainers, treadmills, recumbent and spinning bikes.

Those interested in strength training can use, m.in of: Smith machine (gantry), multifunctional gate, dumbbells, ketli and Olympic loads up to 400 kg.
