Guided tour of Zamość

Meeting with the guide at the Town Hall stairs, tour of the Old Town including fortifications, Lublin Gate, bastions, historic Renaissance courtyards (e.g., Marek Grechuta), Town Hall, Centralka (a story about Leśmian), Zamoyski Academy and Zamoyski Palace. Viewing of the Renaissance synagogue and Orthodox church as well as the cathedral. Walk through Water Market, Salt Market, the Large Market surrounded by arcades. At the end, a meeting with reenactors from the 16th century, opportunity to try on period costumes, sabers, and firearms. Entry inside: New Lublin Gate, PRL Museum, former SS and NKWD prison cellars and Guardhouse.

• the services included in the package form an integral whole and it is not possible to price them separately

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared stay period. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the prepayment will be returned within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a 30% prepayment of the reservation value are required. The second payment of 100% must be made 14 days before the stay. Please follow the payment schedule when making payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation at least 2 days before the payment due date. Make sure the payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of missing payments.
• due to changes in the VAT invoice issuing regulations, providing a VAT number is mandatory before issuing a sales document by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse stay if a reservation is made for a room other than ECONOMY.
• smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. Smoking areas are located in designated places

• Travelling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on Counteracting Sexual Offenses and Protection of Minors, commonly known as "Lex Kamilek," our property is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
