• offer only for individual Guests
• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns conducted by the Hotel
• services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared stay period. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on arrival day, the Hotel will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value must be made. The second payment of 100% must be paid 14 days before the stay. Please follow the payment schedule when making payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation at least 2 days before the payment due date. Please ensure payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payments are not received.
• due to changes in VAT invoice regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide your VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. If such information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), we only accept pets in ECONOMY rooms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse stay if another room type than ECONOMY is booked with a pet.
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are available in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, commonly known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming the adult’s right to guardianship over the child). The procedure is designed to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, according to legal provisions, hotel staff must comply with child protection laws.
