PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

the stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after paying 100% of the reservation value. Failure to pay by the specified deadline means voluntary cancellation of the package. Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after that time, cancellation is non-refundable. It is possible to use the paid amount as a voucher for services at the facility within 3 months from the cancellation date
