Guided tour of Zamość

Meeting with the guide at the Town Hall stairs, tour of the Old Town: including fortifications, Lublin Gate, bastions, historic Renaissance courtyards (e.g. Marek Grechuta), Town Hall, Centralka (a story about Leśmian), Zamoyska Academy and Zamoyski Palace. Viewing the Renaissance synagogue and the orthodox church as well as the cathedral. Walk around the Water Market, Salt Market, and the Great Market surrounded by arcades. At the end, meeting with 16th-century reenactors, opportunity to try on period costumes, sabers, and arrow weapons. Entry inside: New Lublin Gate, PRL Museum, basements of the former SS and NKVD prison, and the Guardhouse.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 100% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, providing credit card details or prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required. The second payment of 100% must be paid 14 days before the stay date. Please follow the payment schedule when making payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation at least 2 days before the payment deadline. Please ensure payments are made on time as the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not received.
• due to changes in regulations concerning VAT invoice issuance, it is mandatory to provide the VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. If this information is missing, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (extra charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms. The hotel reserves the right to refuse stay if a room other than ECONOMY is booked.
• smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking areas are located in designated places

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on countering threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, called "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel, and according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
