Dinners:

• Daily: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Served according to the Chef’s Menu, with a dietary version available for every Guest (with no exclusions). For special diets, please contact Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

• Dinner serving style depends on the current hotel occupancy. Meals may be served or buffet style.

• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns run by the Hotel
• the services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay according to the declared duration. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notice. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or prepayment of 30% of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT ID number before the issuance of the sales document by the hotel. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT ID number, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

USEFUL TO KNOW:

• the hotel day begins at 3:00 pm and ends at 11:00 am the following day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), but are not allowed in Premium rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• events with live music may take place on hotel premises

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is required to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is intended to ensure the safety of children staying at the hotel and, in accordance with the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
