Dinners (soup, main course, dessert, water):

• Daily: 16:30 – 19:30

• Served according to the Chef’s menu, with a dietary version available for every Guest (without exclusions). For special diets please contact Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

• The form of serving dinners depends on the current hotel occupancy. Meals may be served or buffet style.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared stay duration. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In that case, the deposit will be returned within 7 days from the cancellation notification. If the reservation is canceled after this date or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the facility will charge 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required
• due to changes in VAT invoicing regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number before issuing the sales document by the hotel. To receive a VAT invoice for the company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. Otherwise, only a receipt will be issued and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee of 70 PLN/day), pets are not accepted in PREMIUM rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated places
• events with live music may take place on hotel premises

  In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting crime with a sexual background and protection of minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the provisions of the act, the staff must comply with child rights regulations.
