PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon making a payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from reporting the cancellation. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show on the arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value made
• due to changes in regulations on issuing VAT invoices, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, full address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on countering threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our hotel is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
