• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional campaigns run by the Hotel
• services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a booking is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The booking remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. If the reservation is cancelled after this date or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or prepayment of 30% of the reservation value are required
• due to changes in the regulations concerning issuing VAT invoices, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number (NIP) before the sales document is issued by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure is intended to ensure the safety of children staying at the hotel and, in accordance with the law, hotel staff must comply with child protection laws.
