PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from cancellation notification. If cancelled after this period or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuing regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues the sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. If such information is missing, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/night), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking areas are located in designated places

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of criminal acts of a sexual nature and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare relevant documents (child’s identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, in accordance with the law, hotel staff must comply with child protection regulations.
