At Esencja Restaurant, we combine professional service with excellent European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a quiet moment with coffee. Guests who wish to work or relax with a cup of aromatic coffee have at their disposal wireless Internet access.

In the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed once payment for the stay is made, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notice. If the reservation is cancelled after this period or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a 30% prepayment are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. If this information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt, and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY and STANDARD rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• live music events may take place on hotel premises

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual crimes and protection of minors, so-called "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
