At the Esencja Restaurant, we provide professional service and an exquisite menu of European and regional cuisine. Guests wishing to work quietly over a cup of coffee have access to wireless Internet.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed once the payment for the stay has been made, in accordance with the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• a stay package reservation is only considered guaranteed after paying 100% of the booking value. Failure to pay by the deadline means voluntary resignation from the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival, after that time cancellation is treated as non-refundable. It is possible to use the amount paid as a voucher for services at the facility within 3 months of the cancellation date
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, there is an obligation to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues a sales document. To receive a VAT invoice to the company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address and company name before making a payment. In the absence of such information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY-type rooms
• smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
