PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
a reservation is considered guaranteed once the payment for the stay has been made, in accordance with the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
a stay package reservation is only considered guaranteed after paying 100% of the booking value. Failure to pay by the deadline means voluntary resignation from the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival, after that time cancellation is treated as non-refundable. It is possible to use the amount paid as a voucher for services at the facility within 3 months of the cancellation date
due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, there is an obligation to provide a VAT number before the hotel issues a sales document. To receive a VAT invoice to the company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address and company name before making a payment.
