PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from notice of cancellation. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the arrival day, the facility will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a 30% prepayment are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide a VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee 70 PLN/day), we accept pets only in ECONOMY rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, the facility employees must comply with child rights regulations.
