PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• booking is guaranteed once payment for the stay, per declared length, is made. Booking is valid until hotel checkout on departure day
• stay package is guaranteed only after 100% payment. Non-payment by the deadline equals voluntary cancellation. Free cancellation allowed up to 7 days before arrival; later cancellations are non-refundable.
• due to VAT invoicing regulations, NIP number must be provided before issuance. For company VAT invoices, please send NIP, address, and company name before payment. Without this, only a receipt will be issued and later VAT invoicing is impossible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• hotel day starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 11:00 am next day
• stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets welcome (additional 70 PLN/day), not allowed in Premium rooms
• smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Smoking areas are designated outdoors
