PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a booking is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The booking remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notice. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the booking, credit card details or a 30% prepayment are required
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number before issuing a sales document by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address and company name before payment. If this information is missing, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (extra charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek", our facility is obligated to verify the child's identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). The procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
