PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• the booking is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared stay period. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the booking value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or pay a 30% deposit of the booking value
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuance regulations, it is mandatory to provide a tax identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, exact address, and company name before making the payment. If such information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual crimes and protecting minors, commonly called "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's identity document or other document confirming that an adult has the right to custody of the child). This procedure aims to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the law, the hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
