PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation notification. If the reservation is cancelled after this date or in case of no-show on the arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value must be made
• due to changes in regulations concerning issuing VAT invoices, it is mandatory to provide a VAT ID number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional fee 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY type rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our hotel is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare the appropriate documents (child's identification document or any other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children using the hotel and, according to the provisions of the Act, hotel employees must comply with child rights regulations.
