PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days from cancellation notification. If the reservation is cancelled after this period or in case of no-show on arrival day, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the booking value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the booking value is required
