Esencja Restaurant – culinary experiences at ARTIS Hotel & SPA

At Esencja Restaurant we combine professional service with exquisite European and regional cuisine, creating the perfect place for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a peaceful moment with a coffee. Guests who wish to work or relax with a cup of aromatic coffee have wireless internet access at their disposal.

In the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

Esencja Restaurant Opening Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 12:00 – 22:30

• Sundays and holidays: 12:00 – 20:00

Breakfast:

• Monday – Saturday: 7:00 – 10:00 (during the holiday period 7:00 - 10:30)

• Sundays and holidays: 8:00 – 11:00

Dinners (soup, main course, dessert, water):

• Daily: 16:30 – 19:30

• We invite you to enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by our chefs. On selected days of the week, you can also enjoy special culinary attractions*:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays – dinner in the form of an aromatic grill.
  • Fridays – live preparation show of classic Crêpes Suzette pancakes.
  • Saturdays – live preparation of tartare, composed on request by our chef.

  This way, every day of your stay can surprise you with new flavors and a unique atmosphere.

  * Culinary attractions are held depending on the number of guests. In case of lower attendance, we serve appropriate dishes inspired by the planned menu directly to your tables, maintaining the highest quality and character of the offered meals.

• Served according to the Chef's menu, with a dietary version available for every guest (without exclusions). In case of special diets, please contact Reception at least 1 day before arrival.

• The form of serving dinner depends on the current hotel occupancy. Meals may be served or buffet style.

Welcome to the Absens Carens Club, a place created for Guests who want to combine relaxation with active fun. We offer:

• Billiards – entertainment for everyone who enjoys competition in a friendly atmosphere,

• Foosball – an extra dose of movement and joy, especially for younger Guests.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• a reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided or a 30% deposit paid
• due to changes in VAT invoice regulations, it is mandatory to provide VAT ID number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide VAT ID, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice at a later date will not be possible

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), pets are not allowed in PREMIUM rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• occasional events with live music may take place on hotel premises
