PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed once payment for the stay has been made, in accordance with the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value
• due to changes in the regulations regarding issuing VAT invoices, it is obligatory to provide the VAT identification number (NIP) before the hotel issues the sales document. To receive a VAT invoice issued to a company, please contact us and provide the NIP number, exact address and company name before making payment. If such information is not provided, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice at a later date will be impossible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• the hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day
• the stay package begins with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 zł/night), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY rooms

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the Act of 13.05.2016 on counteracting sexual offenses and protecting minors, commonly called "Lex Kamilek", our property is obliged to verify the child's identity. Please prepare the appropriate documents (the child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
