• this offer cannot be combined with weekend stays or other promotional actions conducted by the Hotel
• the services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be priced separately

• acceptance of the reservation is confirmed by an email containing reservation and payment details

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• the reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation is valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notice. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show on the arrival day, the facility will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value made
• due to changes in regulations concerning VAT invoice issuance, it is mandatory to provide the VAT ID number before the hotel issues the sales document. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT ID number, exact address and company name before making the payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 11:00 am the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge 70 PLN/day), we accept pets only in ECONOMY and STANDARD rooms
• smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• special events with live music may take place on the hotel premises

• Traveling with a child?

  According to the law of 13.05.2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, i.e. "Lex Kamilek," our facility is obliged to verify the identity of the child. Please prepare appropriate documents (child's ID or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure serves to ensure the safety of children using the hotel and in accordance with the law, hotel staff must follow child rights regulations.
