a stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after full payment (100% of the reservation value). Failure to pay within the specified time means voluntary cancellation of the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after this period, cancellation is treated as non-refundable.
