At the Esencja Restaurant, we provide professional service and an excellent menu of European and regional cuisine. Guests wishing to work quietly with a cup of coffee have access to wireless Internet.

In the summer season, we offer the possibility to use the terrace with comfortable furniture. There is also a well-equipped Children's Playground in the hotel garden.

Restaurant opening hours:

· from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 22:30

· on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 to 20:00

Breakfast is served:

· from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 10:00

· on Sundays and holidays from 8:00 to 11:00

Dinner is served:

· from Monday to Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00

The form of serving breakfast and dinner depends on the hotel's occupancy on that day.

Dinner is served according to the Head Chef's menu - a diet without exclusions. To report a special diet, please contact Reception at least 2 days before arrival.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay, according to the declared length of stay. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the day of departure
• the stay package reservation is considered guaranteed only after payment of 100% of the reservation value. Failure to pay by the deadline means voluntary cancellation of the stay package. Free cancellation of the stay package is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after this time, cancellation is treated as non-refundable. It is possible to use the paid amount in the form of a voucher for services at the facility up to 3 months from the cancellation date
• due to changes in VAT invoice issuing regulations, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number (NIP) before issuing the sales document by the hotel. To obtain a VAT invoice for a company, please contact us and provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before making payment. In the absence of this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will be impossible.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
