During the summer season, we encourage you to use the terrace with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while admiring the surrounding Roztocze landscape.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• a reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment for the stay according to the declared duration. The reservation remains valid until the end of the hotel day on the departure date
• a reservation can be canceled without charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such case, the deposit paid will be refunded within 7 days from the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, providing credit card details or paying 30% deposit is required
• due to changes in regulations concerning VAT invoice issuance, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number (NIP) before the hotel issues a sales document. To receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide the VAT number, exact address, and company name before payment. Without this information, the hotel will issue only a receipt and obtaining a VAT invoice later will not be possible.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• the hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day
• the stay package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast
• pets are welcome (additional charge of 70 PLN/day), pets are accepted only in ECONOMY and STANDARD rooms
• smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking rooms are located in designated areas
• events with live music may take place on the hotel premises

• Traveling with a child?

  In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual offenses and protecting minors, known as "Lex Kamilek," our facility is required to verify the child’s identity. Please prepare appropriate documents (child’s ID or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child). This procedure ensures the safety of children staying at the hotel and according to the law, hotel staff must comply with child rights regulations.
