We invite you to Sunday SAUNA CEREMONIES!
Sauna provides deep relaxation, reduces stress and fatigue. It supports the cleansing of the body and improves the condition of the skin. Hardens and increases efficiency. It provides a boost of life energy.
As part of the sauna ceremony we provide:
- session in the Finnish sauna with the use of natural oils
- sugar scrub
- sauna master
- a glass of Prosecco
- sweet treat
The ritual consists in pouring plenty of water on the oven stones in combination with aromas with sophisticated fragrance notes. Then, the sauna master uses a special technique of moving a towel or fan to intensively distribute the air and aromas after the sauna, giving the effect of intensifying the heat and aromatherapy. After this stage, the body is cooled down in the Snow Cave and returned to the sauna for the next stage of the ritual.
